What Happens in a SilverCircus Class?

Each SilverCircus class follows a thoughtful, supportive structure so you know what to expect.

A typical class includes:

  • Gentle warm-ups to prepare the body
  • Balance, coordination, and functional strength work
  • Introductory circus-based movement, always optional and adaptable
  • Cool-down and stretching to reset and relax

You do not need prior experience, special skills, or high levels of fitness.
Classes are about exploration, enjoyment, and feeling good in your body, not perfection.

SilverCircus classes are adaptable and inclusive.
